1) Do you ship to P.O. box addresses ?
No, we wonít ship products to P.O. Box addresses.
2) For my order, how long it takes to reach my shipping address?
We will inform you after we have receviced your order, then we are ready to send out to you immediately, and the shipping time is around-Speedpost 3 to 4 days, Airpost 7 to 10 days, Surfacepost around 90 days.
If the products need to be upgraded, it will add 1 to 4 days more for the shipping time.
3) New member, shipping charge calculation and shopping guide.
If you want to know how to calculate your shipping charge of your products. You can use the following methods to calculate without paying immediately. First of all, choosing the right products, click Buy Now > and click Shopping Cart > Check out > If you are not registered as a member you must fill out the information, please go to Create Account (New member registration) > Fill out the personal information > click Continue > Change Address (This is your shipping address that must exactly as your Paypal postal address) please change it if it is different > Shipping charges are shown immediately (You can consider these products are bought or not. If you are not buying, click Logout ). If these are what you want, click Continue.
Choosing methods to pay, Paypal or T.T. > click Continue. Choosing Paypal > Confirm Order > Fill out the information on Paypal. Choosing T.T. > Continue > Follow our bank details, you go to your bank and process the procedure > Confirm Order.
4) Registered member, shipping charge calculation and shopping guide.
You have chosen the right products, to click Buy Now > click Shopping Cart > Fill out the email address and password > Sign In > If you are changing your shipping address > go to Change Address > If you donít need it, please go > Continue.
Choosing methods to pay, Paypal or T.T. > click Continue. Choosing Paypal > Confirm Order > Fill out the information on Paypal. Choosing T.T. > Continue > Follow our bank details, you go to the bank and process the procedure > Confirm Order.
5) Why part of my guns was painted orange with its trademarks removed?
There is country like USA, requiring the tip of the barrel of airsoft guns must be painted with a bright colour when going through their customs. Also, all non-licensed trademarks will be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons. We will apply the above changes for you at no cost.
If you need to keep the flash hider and trademarks, please mark down on the COMMENT section after your order has been successful to proceed the invoice. Otherwise, we will follow the regulations of the custom to proceed.
If you refuse to do so, we cannot guarantee the delivery. You are shipping at your own risk and you will have to take fully responsibility on the shipment.
6) It has been a long time and I still haven't received my items yet, what can I do?
At first, please check the status of the order first. Sometimes, the order will be on hold for various reasons.
If the goods are already shipped, we will give you a tracking number for tracking your goods via worldwide express. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
If you order by airmail, you can tell us to contact the postal service or do it by yourself using Parcel number assigned to your parcel.
However, if your items were seized by the local customs in countries where the airsoft items involved are legal. And your items were lost during shipment. In this case, you can contact us for further arrangement.
7) If i want the shipment to my country as (Australia, Canada), Will you send them to me?
If shipping to the above countries, we can separate the packages into pieces and ship them over to reduce the risk of being seizures. If shipping over to the countries like Australia and Canada, the chance of success is how much, but it is the risk the customers will take, Cobra Airsoft is not responsible for any seizures and no refund. If shipping over with pieces, we will take some charges, eg.separating the shipping charges. We will inform you how much once you have ordered. About vests, battery, bbs, scopes and other parts are legal to go in to your country.
8) What are your policies on taxes?
Taxes and import duties are not included in our price. We are not responsible for any taxes and import duties. Customers will need to pay by their own expenses. We don't charge customers for any taxes.
9) Will there be any handling fees?
There will be no handling fees.
When you do the T.T. transfer, we are not responsible for the bank charges to you. 12% handling fee will be charged for the cancel order .
18% handling fee will be charged for the cancel order which including any upgrade procedure.
10) Does our product comes with any Warranty or Guarantee?
We cannot provide guarantees as we are thousand miles away. But we guarantee each and every gun we sold is in perfect condition. Before shipment, each gun is tested to ensure it is fully operational.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges.
11) Does the product come with the original packaging and English instructions?
The original pack of the products, accessories and manual will be sent to you. Most of the Tokyo Marui products will have English manual, other manufacturers mostly have Japanese manual.
12)The volt power of all chargers can be changed as 100v-120v/ 220v-240v.
It fits worldwide, but plug is different for different countries. So the user must get the right plug for themselves, to change them for themselves.
13)The parcels shipping will be busy around Christmas. The order that you have made, may not be the same as the website shipping time, there will be a chance that you will receive the order after Christmas.
